The Greater Shaver Lake Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau represents the Eastern Fresno County foothill and mountain businesses, vendors, residents, investors, and tourists that wish to see the region thrive.

The skills, knowledge, and ideas of our community members along with their excellent community relationships are vital in helping us reach our goals. All this brings value to our community.

Communications are a key component to reaching our goals. Thus, we have the Shaver Lake Chamber web site. We have a live person answering the phone from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. We have an excellent regional brochure available at most businesses in the region. We have retained a social media expert to run our Facebook and Instagram programs. We are working to provide regional brochures and rack card display stands where members can help promote their business interests. Outlets will include the Fresno-Yosemite International Airport, Clovis Visitor's Center, Prather's Marval Food Store, the Museum of the Sierra, and others. We will be working closely with other regional organizations including Shaver Lake Civic League, Shaver Lake Lions, Shaver Lake Trophy Trout Project, Shaver Lake Volunteers, Ponderosa Lions, Huntington Lake Homeowner's Association and the U.S. Forest Service to achieve our mutual goals.

All these efforts take time and money. Member dues, donations and sponsorships fund projects that are designed to enhance the quality of life and provide a better return on investments in the regional communities.
